Aquifer Group's business model has created a new and important opportunity to capitalize on the our newly created surface water and groundwater supplies. These new water resources are capable of producing a consistent supply of low-cost biomass feedstock and right-of-ways to produce renewable and sustainable, carbon-neutral electricity.
Aquifer Group is currently pursuing financial marketing and production alliances with industry leaders to dominate the following markets:
Near-term projections indicate that wood chips, bio-gas, and/or wood pellets would be used primarily as feedstocks to either replace or augment natural gas or coal for electricity generation. Current estimates project that within five to ten years, Aquifer Group's operations in southern and western Texas would produce hundreds of new jobs in rural regions, and 1000 megawatts of renewable, sustainable, and carbon-neutral electricity.
Additional energy-related opportunities exist for Aquifer Group in renewable fuels, geothermal, solar and cogeneration electricity production markets or alliances.
