Aquifer Recharge, Storage and Recovery (ARSR™) Concept

Our Aquifer Recharge, Storage, and Recovery (ARSR™) concept is simple. It incorporates, and takes full advantage of, many of the natural processes of the Earth's Hydrologic Cycle. Our concept does not expressly change or redefine any of these natural processes; instead, it serves as a means to enhance the components of runoff and recharge, thereby making them more efficient.

Aquifer Group can produce and implement a coherent, working ARSR™ model which culminates in the development of an Aquifer Recharge and Surface Water Restoration Facility. Each facility built is different, as each model is dependent upon particular site-specific characteristics. Each facility is capable of diverting, capturing and storing large quantities of surface water runoff as sustainable and renewable groundwater. By utilizing ARSR techniques, the result will be water use efficiency at its best.

By designing, implementing, and managing various aspects of these proven techniques, and by minimizing the over-exploitation of ground and surface water resources, we believe that our concept is a viable, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious method of ensuring that worldwide water supplies remain both adequate and protected for future generations. Aquifer Group is poised to become the leading water-resources development and management entity, providing expertise to a worldwide market.

Aquifer Groups's principal goals are threefold: 1) to supply sustainable, low cost, high quality water to high demand areas for a variety of uses; 2) to explore for, and to develop previously undiscovered hydrogeologic reservoirs using state-of-the-art geologic, geophysical, and geographical technologies; and, 3) to provide long-term sustainability to existing, as well as newly-developed water supplies, whether they be surface, subsurface, or both.

How do we do this? Aquifer Group implements its ARSR™ concept though the use of it's own in-house, proprietary GIS-based process which we call the IR5™ Methodology.
